We are looking for someone who is a proven driver of sales and new customer growth with SaaS solutions. You have excellent communication skills, are extremely comfortable in front of prospects, and interact well with all levels, from admissions counselors at universities to Vice Presidents of Enrollment. You have clear ideas on how to navigate the buying process and around how to build customer champions of a solution – and results that follow!

As a full-time Regional Sales Director, you are a highly driven and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of driving sales. Direct experience in higher education (colleges and universities) will receive strong consideration. You know how to develop and position customer value, and are skilled at moving deals forward, through the full cycle to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Calling on and meeting with key stakeholders and decision makers to create sales opportunities
  • Engaging with prospects to develop and implement sales strategies through value-based solutions by analyzing business needs and delivering insights driven presentations
  • Meeting/exceeding pipeline targets, including lead generation, flow and advancement through the various pipeline stages and ultimately leading to customer acquisition and sales
  • Effectively managing your pipeline, keeping thorough records of customer interactions in CRM solution, and providing quarterly sales projections on a weekly basis
  • Engaging with prospective customers to position Othot through value-based solutions, business case definition, and ROI analysis
  • Contributing to building a long-term, sustainable business by relentlessly focusing on customer success
  • Providing advisory services to help our customers maximize their use across our suite of products and to drive sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
  • Adept at creating value for customers that drives sales
  • Strong interest and comfort with SaaS solutions and product innovation
  • Experience in higher education (colleges and universities) will receive strong consideration
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects/deals with minimal direction in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently, but within a team environment
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at the decision maker level with prospective customers
  • Experience developing & delivering presentations to customers to solve their business problems
